Embed a form in a site builder

Site builders differ in whether they allow HTML, iframes, or scripts. Use the instructions for your actual host.

Steps

  1. Test the direct respondent link, then inspect Share → Platform for the available platform guidance.
  2. Review Share → Embed and choose a supported embed type. Copy the generated configuration using the offered action.
Start with a working direct respondent link, then test the selected embed on its host page.
Use Copy code for your own form. This localhost development example illustrates the dialog; do not paste its sample addresses into a live website.
  3. Place it in the site builder’s supported HTML or embed block and follow that host’s current publishing process.
  4. Test the published host page on desktop and mobile, including every advanced question and final submission.
This is the collapsed side-tab entry. Check opening, closing, keyboard access, and mobile use on the host page.

Check before you rely on it

A working editor preview does not prove the published host page permits the embed. Keep a direct respondent link available.

If you need help

If custom code is restricted by the host’s plan, use its supported option or link directly instead of repeatedly pasting scripts.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
