Get to know the RapidoForm builder

Find questions, design options, integrations, settings, results, and sharing in the current builder.

The form builder brings your questions, design, and preview together. Use this guide to find the right place before you make a change.

Before you start

Sign in and open a form from Forms. To change a form, you need access to edit it in its workspace. If a control is unavailable, check your workspace role and plan with the workspace owner.

Find your way around

  • Design: write questions and configure their options, theme, and logic.
  • Connect: find available integrations. Opening an integration card does not mean the integration is connected; complete its setup and test it separately.
  • Settings: find form-level configuration.
  • Results: review responses for this form.
  • Share: access the form link and sharing methods.

Edit a question

  1. Select a question in the question list.
  2. Edit its question text, description, and choices where applicable.
  3. Open Question options to configure settings for the selected question. The controls change with the question type.
  4. Use the preview to check what a respondent sees.

Change the appearance and flow

In Design, use Theme for appearance, Logic for branching, and More settings for form-wide display and behavior options. Change one thing at a time and preview the result, especially when combining logic and required questions.

Check before sharing

Preview the complete form, confirm that changes have saved, and check its publication state. Test the respondent link separately before distributing it. On a narrow screen, use Questions, Options, and Preview to switch views.
