Prepare your request or review
- Decide whether your request concerns a form response, your account, or another service connected to the form.
- For a form response, use the creator’s stated privacy contact. For RapidoForm account processing, use the contact listed in its privacy policy.
- State the action requested, the form or account context, and an approximate date. Ask for a secure verification route if more identification is needed.
- Keep a copy of the request and the recipient’s acknowledgment, then follow up through the same verified channel.

Do not send identity documents through an unverified chat or attach a complete response export just to locate one record.
