Start with RapidoForm’s published privacy policy and the integrations actually configured for your form.
Prepare your request or review
- List the services connected through Connect, payment accounts, webhooks, embedded media, and the website hosting an embed.
- For each destination, document the fields or files sent, the purpose, and who can access them. Use synthetic records to test the configuration.
- Ask RapidoForm support or its stated privacy contact for the current processor, hosting-region, transfer, retention, and contractual information your organization needs.
- Update your form’s notice using confirmed information before collecting data.
