Request a correction to personal data
Article 16 addresses correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data. See the official GDPR text.
Prepare your request or review
- Identify the specific field that is inaccurate and what it should say. Keep the request focused on your own information.
- For a form response, contact the creator using its stated privacy channel. For account details, inspect Profile or contact RapidoForm as appropriate.
- Ask how the correction will be recorded and whether relevant connected destinations need a corresponding update.
- Check the acknowledgment and resulting correction; do not submit a second form response without agreeing how it will be handled.
Check before you rely on it
Use the platform contact in RapidoForm’s published privacy policy when the request concerns RapidoForm’s own records.
If you need help
Do not assume every completed response can be directly edited or that a profile edit changes previously exported data.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
