Request deletion of personal data
Article 17 provides an erasure right with grounds and exceptions. Deletion is not unconditional; consult the official GDPR text.
Prepare your request or review
- Identify the data and organization involved. A form response, platform account, and exported file can require different handling.
- Send a focused deletion request through the relevant verified privacy channel. Ask what records are covered and what the outcome will mean.
- Before deleting your own account, review any records you are permitted and required to retain and separately confirm subscription status.
- Keep the response to your request and ask about relevant connected destinations if they received the data.

Account deletion is not proof that every external export, integration copy, or legally retained record has been erased.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
