Your current workspace plan and usage are the starting point for understanding how many responses you can collect. Plan details can change, so check the information shown for your workspace before running a campaign.
Find your current plan
- Open Settings from the workspace sidebar or account menu.
- Choose Profile in Account settings.
- Find the Plan & usage card.
- Review the plan name and the figures for forms, questions, and responses.
Read the response figure
Look at the collected response count and the limit displayed alongside it. A finite number and an Unlimited label mean different things. Use the values in your current workspace rather than an old screenshot or a quota quoted for another plan.
The workspace sidebar also shows Responses collected. Make sure you are looking at the workspace that owns the form you plan to share.
Before collecting responses
- Check your current plan and the remaining capacity displayed for the workspace.
- Review any plan-expiry or usage message.
- If you are changing plans, review the current plan comparison and checkout details before confirming a purchase.
- Ask the workspace owner to review billing or plan changes when you do not have the necessary access.
Testing and limits
Use builder preview to review the form before sharing it. Do not assume that submissions through a live respondent link are excluded from usage. If usage counting, reset timing, or behavior at the limit matters to your campaign, confirm the current terms for your workspace with support before launch.
If the information looks wrong
Record the workspace, the plan name shown, and the usage message you see. Contact support with those details and the approximate time you checked. Do not include account credentials or respondent data.
This guide intentionally does not quote monthly quotas, add-on prices, or automatic upgrade behavior. Check the current plan details for those terms.
