Steps

  1. Open Account settings → Profile → Plan & usage and record the plan name actually shown for your workspace.
Example from a development Business workspace. Check your own workspace for current limits.
  2. Open View Plans to compare the currently offered plans and their displayed limits. Check the billing cycle and currency before comparing totals.
Illustrative development comparison captured on 10 October 2026. Prices, offers, and limits may change; use your current checkout as the authority.
  3. If your account still shows Basic, ask support to confirm its existing entitlements and renewal terms before changing it.

Check before you rely on it

Do not assume Basic automatically means Starter or that a screenshot of an old quota applies to your account.

If you need help

Include the displayed plan name and the feature you need when requesting clarification. Never include payment credentials.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
