Review the cookie-consent setting

A consent prompt is one part of a privacy workflow. It does not establish that a form or its integrations meet every legal requirement.

Steps

  1. Open Design → More settings and find Cookie consent.
Enabling a switch does not by itself establish consent compliance. Test the respondent flow and connected services.
  2. Review the information and configuration offered for your form. Decide which connected analytics or embedded services need to be covered by your notices and choices.
  3. After saving an intended change, test a fresh respondent session and each offered choice on the published link and any embedded page.
Choose Mobile below the preview to inspect a narrow layout. Also test the complete form on an actual phone.

Check before you rely on it

Provide accurate privacy information for the data and services you actually use. Verify consent behavior rather than relying on the switch alone.

If you need help

An embed may also be affected by the host site’s consent controls. Confirm the whole flow before launch.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
