A role describes access within a workspace. Check the selected workspace and the controls available to that account.

Steps

  1. Use the workspace switcher to confirm the workspace and your recorded role.
Confirm the workspace and your recorded role before editing forms or viewing results.
  2. Owner and Admin accounts can access Workspace & billing. Member accounts should request privileged configuration from the owner when controls are disabled.
Review the workspace, role, and limits before inviting a teammate. No invitation was sent for this example.
  3. An Invited status means the invitation still needs completion. A Deactivated account cannot be treated as an active collaborator.
  4. Before assigning access, verify the specific edit, results, export, invitation, and billing permissions your workflow requires.

Check before you rely on it

An internal support or content-editor role is separate from a customer’s workspace role. A plan name also does not define a teammate’s role.

If you need help

Do not assume that every action visible in the UI is authorized. Confirm the result and report permission inconsistencies.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
