Steps

  1. Write the outcome categories and assign a point contribution to each possible answer.
  2. Create one Number variable per category under Logic → Customize using data → Variables and save the initial values.
A Number variable stores a starting value. Saved calculation rules determine how answers change it.
  3. Use Branching & Calculations to update category scores for the selected answers.
Check both the target variable and operand. This control example was canceled and is not a verified points rule.
  4. Configure the final question or outcome path using the available conditions and actions. Define what happens when scores tie or no category wins.
  5. Preview one answer pattern per outcome plus a tie case. Confirm the wording does not imply a clinical diagnosis or a validated assessment.

Check before you rely on it

A fun preference quiz and a validated psychological assessment serve different purposes. Describe the result accurately.

If you need help

A standalone Outcome quiz setup screen is not required for this workflow. Use the current variables and branching controls.

Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
