Reduce repeated submissions
The form has a Disallow form reattempts setting. Treat it as a collection control whose scope needs testing.

Steps
- Open Design → More settings and inspect Disallow form reattempts.
Controls such as Hide progress bar use negative wording. Check the switch against the actual preview. - After an intentional change saves, use synthetic responses to test a repeat visit through the supported respondent flow.
Choose Mobile below the preview to inspect a narrow layout. Also test the complete form on an actual phone. - Test a fresh browser or device separately if your collection rules depend on identifying the same person.
- For consequential single-use access, use a verified identity or server-validated invitation workflow rather than browser behavior alone.
Check before you rely on it
A cookie, browser session, hidden field, or IP address must not be assumed to prove one unique person.

Confirm the actual restriction and fallback before promising one response per person.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
