Collection controls in Design → More settings → Access and Scheduling. Availability can depend on your workspace. Unsaved example: review the date and time context before saving your own collection schedule. - Review the availability message and configure only the intended collection restriction. Check dates, time context, and limits before saving.
Unsaved example with a placeholder limit. Enter an intentional supported value and verify its boundary behavior. - If you need identity-based access, ask support about the supported authentication workflow and test authorized and unauthorized respondents separately.
Check before you rely on it
An unlisted URL, a hidden field, or a scheduled close is not a password or an authorization check.
If you need help
Do not promise password protection or private respondent access based only on this scheduling dialog.
Contact support with the relevant screen, time, and a redacted description. Keep credentials and private respondent information out of screenshots.
